Hi, I’m Naomi, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC).

My passion for supporting others began in the world of sport, where I worked with athletes to strengthen their mindset, manage pressure and thrive both on and off the field.

Over time, I began to see the same patterns beyond sport, high-performers, professionals, and everyday people carry a similar weight. The constant push to do more, to be more, takes a quiet toll.

That realization led me to pursue my Master’s in Counselling Psychology and expand my practice to support individuals from all walks of life. If you’re ready to slow down, reconnect with yourself and build a more manageable way forward, this space is for you.

Meet Naomi

You’ve been carrying a lot, and yet relief hasn’t come. You’re not alone.

You’ve accomplished so much, and still, the pressure doesn’t let up. The expectations both from others and from yourself can feel constant. You keep going, crossing things off your list, striving for more, filling your days with what’s next. They can achieve a lot and still face immense pressure. You feel the weight of expectations from others and from yourself. This keeps you pushing to do more. Cross more off of your checklist, strive for greater achievements and accolades and fill your days.

And even with all the success you’ve had, it still feels like something’s missing.

  • My approach is both collaborative and adaptable. I believe that together we can explore not only what’s occuring but ways to start moving forward. I pull from many different modalities and my dual background in sport psychology and psychotherapy to explore what will work best for you. You don’t have to have all the answers when you show up, part of the work is figuring out what’s holding you back while staying connected to what matters most.

I use a mix of tools and approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT and performance psychology. My work is also trauma-informed and culturally responsive, ensuring our sessions feel safe, inclusive, and grounded in your unique experiences.

  • As a former athlete, I know how easy it is to lose yourself while striving for what is next. That same drive that pushes you to achieve can also lead to burnout, exhaustion, and the feeling of always being “on.”

My goal is to help individuals slow down, reflect, and build the skills they need to approach success differently. In a way that feels more manageable and true to who they are.

  • Registered Psychotherapy (Qualifying)

This means I am licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and am currently completing the final stages of a supervised practice. It allows me to provide psychotherapy to individuals and ensures that I am providing the best quality of care.

    Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC)

This credential is recognized by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and the Canadian Sport Psychology Association (CSPA). It means I am trained to help athletes, performers and high achievers develop mental skills for confidence, focus, resilience and many more.

My background in sport psychology allows me to merge both performance and well-being, helping clients perform at their best while maintaining their mental health.

  • High-performers are those who are ready and willing to make the changes that will help them improve their lives. Whether that be on a court, in the office, in relationships or even just for yourself, I welcome all those ready to embrace change.
