You are already resilient. My role isn’t to fix you but to help you navigate what’s getting in the way, so you can keep moving forward.

My work is grounded in thoughtful collaboration and centred on you. We move at your pace, with space for honesty, curiosity, and permission to slow down.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). What that really means is that I blend empathetic therapy with practical tools to support your emotional well-being and help you navigate the pressures of everyday life.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked with people navigating performance anxiety, burnout, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from needing to be “on”. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we’ll find a path that feels personal, thoughtful, and true to you.

I deeply believe that people already carry strength within them. Often, external pressures, high-performing environments, or caring for others can cloud that inner wisdom. Together, we gently clear some of that noise, so you can reconnect with clarity and the strength you already have.

Whether you are an athlete managing performance pressure, a caregiver facing burnout, a professional in transition, or an individual ready for change, we work together to build a way forward that is authentic and sustainable.

  • As a former athlete and recovering perfectionist, I know how easy it is to lose yourself while striving for what is next, and it never ends. That same drive that pushes you to achieve can also lead to burnout, exhaustion, and the feeling of always being “on.”

    My goal is to help individuals slow down, reflect, and build the skills they need to approach success differently. In a way that feels more manageable and true to who they are.
