Offerings
20-minute Consultation
A complimentary 20-minute consultation. We will discuss my approach, what brings you in and what success means to you. This will help us determine if we’re a good fit.
1-on-1 Services
Therapy services include 1-to-1 virtual services across Ontario and Mental Performance Services Across Canada. Sessions are 50-minutes and can be submitted for potential reimbursement.
Workshops
These workshops are intended to teach a specific skill. These skills are life skills and will be valuable in many different areas, whether that be performance, work or life.
